Turn Up The Lights

People & Songs

We are a community creatives, each one unique in our own artistry, together united by the mission to strengthen and release the voice of the Church

We love people. Our community is made up of local Church songwriters, artists and worship leaders. According to Eph 5:21 we submit our individual stylistic bents and denominational preferences to allow our talent and creativity to become the tools with which we love and unite as one. Our prayer is that we would use our gifts to applaud and serve others rather than seeking applause and service from others.

Selah

Unmatched talent, a passion for ministry and a deep love for the Church—for 20 years these have been constants for the musical tour de force known as Selah. Amassing more than 4 million units in sales; eight Gospel Music Association Dove Awards; a Gold-certified album and eight #1 singles, the group’s signature hits include “You Raise Me Up” and “Wonderful, Merciful Savior.” Todd Smith, Allan Hall and Amy Perry have together graced the stage of Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium and the Grand Ole Opry, all the while carrying a message of hope and healing for those who pause and listen. True to form, Selah’s first all-new recording in nearly three years, Unbreakable, is hallmarked by the beloved trio’s down-to-earth realness, soaring harmonies and unforgettable arrangements.

Tom Milo Big Band

With a love for Big Band music as his inspiration, Tom Milo began his own Big Band as a sophomore in college. The band has one other original member, Jim Burden, our lead alto sax player. Tom and his wife Fran share that love for music as she is the female singer and emcee for the band. Although always playing the enduring classics of the Big Band era, the band has embraced some of the modern Big Band artists such as Michael Buble and Brian Setzer. The band has played on 6 cruises, and still enjoys great popularity across northern Indiana, Southern Michigan, and beyond when asked.
